Shipping Policy

Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) is included at no cost, and Priority Mail is complimentary for orders over $500.

Functional Glass orders must be shipped USPS Priority Mail or Express, as we kindly ask for the Adult Signature Restricted Delivery service free of charge for all orders containing Functional Glass.

Secure shipping

Adult Signature Restricted Delivery requires Priority Mail or Express and is automatic for all orders containing Functional Glass. This service requires the signature of the addressee only, who must be 21 years of age or older. Upon delivery, the recipient is required to show a government-issued photo identification for proof of age.

Add security and theft protection to any package by requesting this service in your order notes.

Processing time

Dispatch within 24 hours. Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday when placed by noon EST or the following business day when placed after noon, excluding the holidays listed below:
