If a Final sale item arrives damaged, you may exchange it.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception; if there's an issue, take photos of damaged items and packaging. Save materials. Contact us immediately or submit a Return request within 24 hours with pictures and data.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Submit a Return request

You must first receive a one-time code to submit a Return request.

Simply log in to your account and select Returns for a one-time code. If you don't have an account yet, you may enter your email used at checkout and we'll send you a one-time login code.

Get a passcode

Once logged in, follow the four easy steps below.

1. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
2. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
4. Click Request Return.

If approved, you'll get an email with instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.


We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded within 10 business days.
