Free standard delivery
Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) is included at no cost, and Priority Mail is complimentary for orders over $500.

Secure shipping
Add security and theft protection to any package by requesting Adult Signature Restricted Delivery in your order notes. This service requires USPS Priority Mail or Express and is automatic for all orders containing Functional Glass. It requires the signature of the addressee only, who must be 21 years of age or older. Upon delivery, the recipient is required to show a government-issued photo identification for proof of age.

Dispatch within 24 hours
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday when placed by noon EST or the following business day when placed after noon, excluding the holidays.

International shipping
Currently, we can ship directly to the US and Canada. We may be adding additional countries in the future.

Free returns within 14 days
Return or exchange any order in original condition within 14 days, except Final sale items:
• Functional Glass
• Mystery Boxes
If a Final sale item arrives damaged, you may exchange it.
